This contract outlines the responsibilities between you (referred to as "Client," "Customer," or "you") and LG Prime Detail (referred to as "LG Prime Detail," "contractor," "technician," "us," "our," or "we") regarding the service(s) you acquire. When availing our service, you consent to all the stipulations in this agreement, which remain unchanged by you. Through scheduling or utilizing the amenities of LG Prime Detail, you hereby provide your consent to the subsequent conditions:
We need access to water and electricity for all our LG Prime Detail services. If you don't have access to either resource, please contact us, and we'll work together to find a resolution. If water and electricity access isn't provided during your scheduled appointment, an $80 cancellation fee will apply.
We meticulously attend to your vehicle rain or shine, fully prepared for a wide range of weather conditions, including but not limited to rain.
Due to the meticulous nature of our top-tier services and the scale of our operations, changes to scheduled appointments have a significant impact. As such, if you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel, kindly provide a notice of at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to fill the allocated time slot and prevents the imposition of a cancellation fee, which amounts to $80. The subsequent terms and conditions are applicable to all scheduled appointments:
A notice period of 48 hours is mandatory for any appointment or service rescheduling or cancellation.
LG Prime Detail retains the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessitated by staffing levels, weather circumstances, or equipment malfunctions. In cases where the vehicle and keys are not available at the specified time and location for the booked service, LG Prime Detail holds the authority to cancel the appointment. Such an occurrence would be considered a violation of the cancellation policy, incurring an $80 cancellation charge.
Appointments for the redemption of Gift Certificates adhere to the same cancellation policy and will be automatically subject to a $80 redemption based on the aforementioned cancellation policy guidelines.
The customer will provide LG Prime Detail with access to the vehicle for the detailing job and any other times agreed upon by both parties. Please ensure that the keys to the vehicle are accessible to us. This document confirms your authorization for us to operate and relocate your vehicle as required, as determined by our LG Prime Detail technician.
All detail jobs have specified time limits. Completion of work is based off of unique time limit of package. See below all time limits for base jobs excluding addons. Addons will be used to extend the base time using the times provided below. Timekeeping will be performed at the discretion of your assigned LG Prime Detail technician. The time starts as soon as the technician completes client check in and initial equipment setup.
Detail Time Limits Are As Follows:
- Interior Detailing 2 – 3 hours
- Exterior Detailing 1.5 – 2.5 hours
- Complete Detailing 3.5 – 4.5 hours
If vehicle has been last detailed less than a 1 year ago = 75% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 1 year ago = 70% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 2 years ago = 65% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 3 years ago = 60% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 4 years ago = 55% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 5 years ago = 50% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 6 years ago = 45% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 7 years ago = 40% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 8 years ago = 35% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed more than 9 years ago = 30% as good as new
If vehicle has been last detailed < 10 years ago = 25% as good as new
We aim for your contentment with our service. No services offered can ensure a complete restoration of your vehicle to any prior or novel state. We will put forth our utmost effort to restore the vehicle to the highest possible condition, considering the limitations of our resources, time, and expertise. We will carry out a final inspection together, along with you, at the culmination of the task. Should you discover any dissatisfaction with our service after the final inspection and subsequent to our departure, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours, enabling us to address your concerns. LG Prime Detail will not be held responsible for any concerns raised after 24 hours from the job's completion or if the final inspection with our LG Prime Detail technician was not finalized.
LG Prime Detail and its contractors cannot be held accountable for any vehicle damage during the time it is under our care. We exercise utmost caution and have maintained an impeccable accident-free record. Our team consists of adept professionals proficient in their tasks. Should any unfortunate damage occur while we meticulously detail your vehicle, we will promptly inform you about the incident. By consenting to our detailing services, you also acknowledge that LG Prime Detail will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damages your vehicle might have.
The charge for our service is the agreed-upon dollar amount, referred to as the "Total Cost" on the final invoice. The service term is for the duration reserved by us to carry out the "job" you have asked for, rather than being based on any specific result. There's a possibility that the job might exceed the initially reserved time. LG Prime Detail retains the right to apply an additional surcharge of $60 per hour if the detailing job takes notably longer than anticipated, at LG Prime Detail's discretion. This surcharge generally applies to vehicles that surpass the designated time limit. We will duly notify you of this potential surcharge prior to or during the detailing process.
We welcome your input. Kindly email us at (support@detail.lgprime.ca) and inform us about ANY matters – positive or negative – that you may have. We also reserve the authority, at LG Prime Detail's discretion, to utilize images of your vehicle for promotional intentions and to showcase them on their website or any of their Social Media platforms. Rest assured, your personal information will not be revealed in these images. Feel free to reach us for any further queries.
LG Prime Detail reserves the right to terminate any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we determine that the customer is not suitable for our services at the discretion of LG Prime Detail. Situations of service termination include: bypassing the company by directly engaging with LG Prime Detail employees instead of following the proper channels, displaying discourtesy or aggression towards LG Prime Detail employees, or any other grounds that we consider sufficient for service termination at our discretion.
LG Prime Detail retains the authority to make adjustments to this statement whenever necessary. Any revisions to this Service Contract will be outlined in this section, and LG Prime Detail makes no assurance to revise the content.
By using our services you hereby understand that LG Prime Detail does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our detailing services.
Your payment to LG Prime Detail is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.
LG Prime Detail limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.If the job takes much longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $60 per hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of LG Prime Detail employees (we will warn you).
Because we order materials for the job on demand, deposits made are non-refundable. All Sales Are Final.
