For LG Prime Detail services in Vancouver, please contact us for bookings. Payment will be processed once the service is completed. LG Prime Detail accepts cash, debit, and credit card payments. In the event of a declined card, customers will be requested to resolve the payment for the service. A collection process will be initiated by LG Prime Detail 48 hours after the customer's credit card is declined.
Customers are advised to empty their vehicle of personal items, valuables, and money before LG Prime Detail services. LG Prime Detail holds no responsibility for any loss or harm to personal belongings, the serviced vehicle, or items within. Ensure the vehicle is in a secure and legal location for servicing; address concerns with the car detailing specialist. Cleaning is at the customer's own risk; damages are covered up to service cost. Card details may be required for booking security, processed by housecallpro.com. Bookings may change due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues. Additional work may incur a $50 hourly fee. Jobs involving hazardous materials will have a minimum 20% surcharge.
You're free to reschedule or cancel appointments with LG Prime Detail up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If it's within 48 hours, a $40 fee is applied to cover technician costs. This policy is valid for all retail-priced car details.
If there's a definite reason to believe that the service technician did not complete the LG Prime Detail package as requested or if there's clear proof of subpar work, we'll redo the unsatisfactory part at our expense. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
In cases of traffic or unforeseen situations, there could be a delay in our technician's arrival. Please keep a 30-90 minute window in mind for arrivals regarding online or phone-booked jobs. LG Prime Detail strives to communicate any delivery delays.
LG Prime Detail may introduce a referral program allowing you to earn redeemable credits for their services by sharing a unique referral link provided by LG Prime Detail ("Referral Link") with friends. Please note that combining credits and coupons is not feasible. To receive credits, the referred individual must be new to LG Prime Detail and must use your Referral Link to sign up for their services. You are prohibited from:
Referring yourself using multiple identities, accounts, or email addresses.
Referring existing LG Prime Detail customers, even if they have accounts under different email addresses.
Employing spam or unsolicited emails to gather referrals from unfamiliar individuals, or violating any laws, rules, regulations, or third-party terms.
Posting on message boards, public forums, coupon websites, or similar online platforms.Allowing others to use your referral account.
Sending fake referrals, pretending to be someone else, or providing false information.Using the Referral Link in a negative or disparaging manner towards LG Prime Detail.Referring customers in violation of any other restrictions set by LG Prime Detail.
If LG Prime Detail determines that these terms have been violated, they hold the right to cancel credits, deem both the referred and referring customers ineligible for present and future offers, and even pursue legal action. LG Prime Detail can also adjust credits before or after posting and redemption.
